Renovated and converted a 3 car garage - initially a functioning woodshop with no existing plumbing - into a studio residence and rental unit

Project managed all sub-contracting, designed all exterior and interior updates including entrance and window additions, interior layout and all fixtures and finishes

Constructed interior walls, millwork and wood furnishings; executed all lime plaster and concrete applications including countertops, tadelakt covering; installed all flooring and partitions
