Lead Times: Normal production lead-time for custom orders is 10-12 weeks from deposit. Orders may not be canceled nor deposits refunded due to delivery outside normal production schedules.
Variations: Color and texture variations are natural characteristics of wood natural fabrics and will differ from piece to piece. The natural qualities of your furniture may vary from samples. Vintage chair frames and re-purposed pieces are used and therefore not new. There may be scuffs, scratches, markings from previous owners. Please take into account that vintage pieces are in fact old and not new.
Payment: Custom sales can be paid with a 50% deposit at time of order via check or credit card, with the remainder to be paid upon completion and prior to delivery. Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment. All in-store, Available items must be paid for in full at time of purchase/order via cash, check or credit card.
Cancellation: Our Custom furniture is made to order and not subject to changes or cancellation after 72 hours from time of deposit. Deposits are not refundable.
Custom Pieces: Fabrication on custom pieces does not begin until a final drawing/arrangement or design has been approved. If any changes are requested to the design after sign off on final design then any additional fees are applied accordingly. Nightwood does not accept any returns on custom made pieces.
Refund Policy: If it happens that you are unhappy with your store/showroom purchase for whatever reason you have 7 days to return the non-custom made piece for store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders. Deposits are also non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom, Special orders, “As-Is” and clearance items are not returnable or refundable.
