Normal production lead-time for custom orders is 8-10 weeks from deposit. Orders may not be canceled nor deposits refunded due to delivery outside normal production schedules.
Color and texture variations are natural characteristics of wood natural fabrics and will differ from piece to piece. The natural qualities of your furniture may vary from sample.
Custom sales can be paid with a 50% deposit at time of order via check or credit card, with the remainder to be paid upon completion and prior to delivery. Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment.
Fabrication on custom pieces does not begin until a final drawing/arrangement or design has been approved. If any changes are requested to the design after sign off on final design then any additional fees are applied accordingly. Nightwood does not accept any returns on custom made pieces.
Our Custom furniture is made to order and not subject to cancellation after 72 hours from time of deposit. Deposits are not refundable.We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom, Special orders, “As-Is” and clearance items are not returnable or refundable.
MADE TO ORDER TERMS
Normal production lead time on Made To Order items is as listed (usually 4-6 weeks from order unless otherwise described). Lead time is intended to but may not include ship time in some cases. Orders may not be canceled or refunded due to delivery outside normal production schedules. The order is confirmed and final after payment in full has been made.

Specifications regarding size, style, layout and finish will be as listed. Most requests to customize can be accommodated but will result in a customization up charge. Custom pricing is generally 20-30% more than made to order or ready made pricing.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If it happens that you are unhappy with your showroom purchase, you have 7 days to return in its original condition for an exchange or store credit. Store credit is valid for 8 months from issuance.
Online Purchases–There are no refunds on online purchases. We offer an exchange or store credit with notification sent to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and, with the exception of damaged items, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
